A public competition, based on qualifications and examinations, is hereby announced for two permanent positions with the professional profile of Level V Administrative Officer. The successful candidates will carry out activities supporting the preparation and management of the Institute’s economic, financial and balance-sheet accounts, including the forecast budget, budget and final accounts; prepare reports and documentation for monitoring management and financial performance, including with reference to cost centres and research projects; manage the accounting aspects of project activities funded through European, national and regional programmes, covering both the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles; and contribute to the preparation of accounting documents, budget amendments and documentation to be submitted to the supervisory bodies.

The place of employment will be the INFN Central Administration.

Pursuant to Article 1014, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 66/2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented, this competition generates a fraction of a reserved position (30%) in favour of Armed Forces volunteers who served under short-term or fixed-term enlistment and were discharged without demerit, including during any period of extended service, as well as permanent-service volunteers. Pursuant to Article 678, paragraph 9, the reservation also applies to reserve officers serving under two-year or fixed-term enlistment who completed their contracted period of service without demerit.

Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree No. 40/2017, this competition also generates a fraction of a reserved position (15%) in favour of volunteers who completed Universal Civil Service without demerit.

Candidates must meet the general requirements established for admission to public-sector employment.

Admission to the professional profile of Level V Administrative Officer requires:

• a Master’s degree in Economics (LM-56) or Business and Economics (LM-77), an equivalent qualification under the applicable legislation, or a comparable foreign qualification.

The place of employment will be the INFN Central Administration.
