Phd Call for applications 38th Cycle a.y. 2022/2023

The call for applications for the admission to the PhD courses of the academic year 2022/2023 is now open.

On the right menu the following documents are available for download:

1) the Call for applications
2) the form B for applicants not yet graduated by the deadline of the call. Please mind the following:

  • in case the written exam is expected, the form B must be delivered in person to the PhD Board the day of the exam itself. The graduation will be then evaluated if included among the overall requirements of the programme,
  • in case the only oral exam is expected, the model B must be emailed to giovanni.larosa@uniroma2.it and serena.sposato@uniroma2.it before the day of the exam itself. The graduation will be then evaluated if included among the overall requirements AND the model B has been delivered before the publication of the list of candidates admitted to the exam
  • in case of graduation after the exam the model B will be required before the established enrolment deadline, provided that the degree itself must be awarded by the established enrolment deadline without exception

4) the Privacy Policy under the articles 13 e 14 of the EU Regulations 2016/679


At this page the list of the activated PhD Programmes can be found. For each PhD Programme, the requirements to apply are available in a specific web page.

WARNING: future changes to the requirements will be given exclusively online at the above mentioned web pages.

Starting from June 10th, 2022, applications are due by hitting the button below:

  • by July 14th, 2022 at 2 PM CEST, for the PhD Programmes leading to the Schools of ECONOMICS, LAW, HUMANITIES, SCIENCE
  • by July 25th, 2022 at 2 PM CEST, for the PhD Programmes leading to the Schools of ENGINEERING, MEDICINE

The application fee, even if mandatory, is not required to foreign applicants at the stage of the application. It will be required at the stage of the enrolment, if admitted. More details are provided at the Article 4 of the Call for Applications.

All applicants are required to read carefully both the Call for applications and the PhD requirements' web pages, with particular reference to the admission requirements and the exclusion criteria.
